At Inspirations of Love by JaLeesa, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our store policies regarding returns/exchanges and shipping are detailed below.
Returns/Exchange Policy:
Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted 14 days from the date received.
Original proof of purchase and attached tags on all items are required for all returns and/or exchanges.
Any merchandise that has tags removed, been washed, or has sign of wear will not be accepted and refund will not be given.
Exchanges only accepted on same item.
Shipping Policy:
All shipping cost is added at checkout.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking details.
It is important that you receive your items, please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If there is a mistake in any shipping information, please email us ASAP, so that we can make any necessary updates.
Current shipping is through USPS and UPS, once your order has arrived in USPS or UPS possession, Inspirations of Love by JaLeesa holds no responsibility for any delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages. While we pray none of these ever happen, if it does, please contact the appropriate carrier with your tracking information given by Inspirations of Love by JaLeesa. At the moment, we are unable to resend or refund any content mishaps once out of our possession.
